タイメック株式会社（以下、当社）は、個人情報の保護及び適正な取り扱いが企業の社会的責務であると認識し、個人情報の保護に関する法律、当社の定める個人情報保護方針及び個人情報保護規程に基づき、お客様・お取引先様・当社役員及び従業員等の個人情報の保護に努めます。

個人情報を収集する際には、利用目的を明らかにし、適正かつ公正な手段によって、個人情報を収集いたします。

収集した個人情報は、収集の際に示した利用目的もしくは、それと合理的な関連性のある範囲内で、業務の遂行上必要な限りにおいて利用いたします。主な利用目的として、製品やサービスの開発・販売に関する業務および告知、従業員労務管理、採用選考のため、その他、弊社定款に定める事業目的を遂行するためとなります。
個人情報利用の制限
当社は、あらかじめご本人の同意を得ず、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えて個人情報を取り扱うことはありません。
ただし、次の場合はこの限りではありません。
・法令に基づく場合
・人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
・公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
・国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する
必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき
個人情報の第三者提供
法令に定める場合を除き、事前に本人の同意を得ることなく個人情報を第三者に提供いたしません。
個人情報の管理
お預かりした個人情報の紛失、改ざん、漏洩などがないよう、入手から、保管、処分までの体制を整え、適切な安全管理に努めます。
個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止・消去
個人情報について、開示・訂正・利用停止・消去などの申出があった場合、ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令に従って速やかに対応いたします。

Proper acquisition of personal information
TIMEC Inc. acquires personal information in a proper manner and does not acquire personal information through deception or any other wrongful means.

Acquired personal information will be utilized for the purpose we will explain when acquiring, and the case of necessary relating to our business service, within the scope of rational relativeness
